EESSAL (إيصال) is an iOS invoicing app built and maintained by Osama AlHarbi. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the app. We believe privacy is a right, not a feature — so we've kept our data practices minimal by design.

إيصال هو تطبيق فواتير لنظام iOS، طوّره وأدار شؤونه أسامة الحربي. توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك حين تستخدم التطبيق. نؤمن بأن الخصوصية حق وليست ميزة إضافية، لذا بنينا ممارساتنا على مبدأ الحد الأدنى من البيانات منذ البداية.

EESSAL does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter — invoices, customers, products, and business details — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework (a local SQLite store). Nothing leaves your iPhone unless you explicitly export it yourself. The app uses Apple's standard UserDefaults only to remember your preferences (such as language settings, printing options, and trial start date). These preferences never leave your device.

لا يجمع تطبيق إيصال أي بيانات شخصية ولا يرسلها ولا يشاركها. جميع المعلومات التي تُدخلها — من فواتير وعملاء ومنتجات وبيانات عمل — تُخزَّن حصرياً على جهازك باستخدام إطار عمل SwiftData من Apple (قاعدة بيانات SQLite محلية). لا يغادر شيء هاتفك ما لم تُصدّره بنفسك. يستخدم التطبيق UserDefaults القياسية من Apple فقط لحفظ تفضيلاتك (مثل إعدادات اللغة وخيارات الطباعة وتاريخ بدء الفترة التجريبية). هذه التفضيلات لا تغادر جهازك أبداً.

EESSAL uses Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit) for subscriptions and one-time purchases. Any purchase-related data is handled entirely by Apple under their own Privacy Policy. We do not receive, store, or process your payment information. No third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting tools are embedded in the app.

يستخدم تطبيق إيصال نظام الشراء داخل التطبيق من Apple (StoreKit) للاشتراكات والمشتريات الفردية. تُعالَج جميع البيانات المتعلقة بالمشتريات بالكامل من قِبَل Apple وفق سياسة خصوصيتها الخاصة. نحن لا نستقبل بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك ولا نخزّنها ولا نعالجها. لا يتضمّن التطبيق أي أدوات تحليل تابعة لجهات خارجية أو حزم إعلانات أو أدوات إبلاغ عن الأعطال.

When you generate a PDF invoice, the app checks your device's available disk space to ensure the file can be created. This check is performed locally and no disk usage data is transmitted anywhere.

عند إنشاء فاتورة بصيغة PDF، يتحقق التطبيق من المساحة المتاحة على جهازك للتأكد من إمكانية إنشاء الملف. يُجرى هذا الفحص محلياً ولا تُرسَل أي بيانات حول استخدام القرص إلى أي جهة.

EESSAL is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

تطبيق إيصال غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة. لا نجمع عن علم أي معلومات من الأطفال. إن كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً قد قدّم معلومات عبر التطبيق، يُرجى التواصل معنا وسنتعامل مع الأمر فوراً.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

قد نُحدّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من حين لآخر. عند إجراء أي تعديل، نُحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد أي تعديلات يعني قبولك للسياسة المُحدَّثة.
